We understand how precious time is for businesses and that it is impossible to be in two places at once. This is why we are happy to receive deliveries on your behalf, and move them so that they can be stored within your storage containers or indoor storage rooms.
We offer a Managed Service solution for our business customers, of which the details are:
- Your delivery needs to be pre-arranged with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice
- Deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am and 3pm inclusive, Monday to Thursday only.
- The quantity must be confirmed in advance so we know how much time to allocate to the job, an estimate is OK.
- The customer MUST provide us with a contact to be used on the day for any emergencies and be on hand to take any calls if required.
- Deliveries will be refused if there’s not notice given.
- Once the managed storage has been completed, we will advise exactly how long it has taken. Payment will be taken from the payment card already provided by the customer for their storage payments.
- An invoice and receipt will be sent promptly.
- We sometimes require two people at a time due to health and safety, it depends on the job.
- The costs for this service are per person, you may need to double these if two people are required:

All of our maintenance team have a valid forklift license obtained from here. We take safety of your goods very seriously and recommend you pay for a minimum of 2 people per managed storage session.
