Here at Sheeplands Self Storage we offer a wide range of storage options. From large sea grade containers for house contents, bulky items, business inventory and goods or tools to small 15sqft rooms for Christmas decorations or archive boxes. Both ideal for use in business or personal circumstances, we have options for all of your Self-Storage requirements. We also store a range of vehicles from Motorhomes and Caravans to Boats and Bikes. - VEHICLE STORAGE
All of our vehicle storage spaces are on hard standing, in designated compounds or zones and with high level 24hr monitored CCTV. All vehicles are required to have additional locks and must be insured to store on our site. Proof of ownership is also required.
- CONTAINER STORAGE
We have over 400 seagrade containers, fully watertight, all on hard standing with drive up access. We offer 20ft containers (20ft in length, offering 160sqft of storage space) and 10ft containers (10ft in length, offering 80sqft of storage space

Here at Sheeplands Self Storage we offer a wide range of storage options which are perfect for small local businesses. From carpet companies needing to store their offcuts, tradesmen needing a safe and secure place to store their tools to small online businesses needing to store their inventory or large companies needing an overflow for their warehouses we can and do cater for all.

You can choose from a variety of indoor room sizes to suit your requirements. Our smallest is 15sqft (similar to a broom cupboard) and we have 35sqft, 50sqft, 75sqft, 100sqft and 150sqft rooms. We have over 160 storage rooms in two purpose built storage buildings.

GIVE US A CALL
We have lots of experience and can help you chose the right solution. We have indoor storage available with room sizes ranging from 15sqft to 150sqft and we have drive up access container storage ranging from 80sqft (a 10ft long container) to 160sqft (a 20ft long container) along with secure outdoor storage for vehicles including caravans, boats & RV’s. We take your name, phone number and email so we can keep your requests on file and match them with our available inventory, it also means you don't have to repeat your requirements each time you speak to someone. We always say its best to come up and have a look at the rooms and containers so you can really get a feel for the storage unit you need. We are situated between Twyford and Wargrave, and are open for you to come and look around between 9 - 5pm.
START DATE
When you have spoken to us and talked through your requirements you will need to decide on a start date. You may need help moving into your unit and so your start date may depend on the Man with a Van service and their availability, which we can help you with. This date is a starting point and can be brought forward if we have availability. Everything stored with us must be insured so please think about the value of your goods. We will then set you up as a reservation and send you a contract "Storage License Agreement" and insurance documents.
CONTRACT
We send you a contract email with a contract for you to complete, insurance details for you to review (as everything stored with us needs to be insured) and we ask for you to provide a copy of two forms of photo ID. Once you have sent these back to us we will give you a call and take payment, we take storage fees in advance and payment using a debit card.
When it's time to leave
We ask for two weeks notice when you are ready to leave and we pay back any storage fees and insurance paid in advance and not used. Your key or fob will need to be handed into the office and the unit checked. You may move out before your two week's notice but you will be charged for the full 14 days.

WR Bennett Ltd is a 4th generation family run company that owns Sheeplands Farm and it has been running since 1964. Today like a lot of other farms we have diversified in many ways. We lease most of our land to Hall Hunter Partnership for soft fruit production as well as providing space for a livery. All the farm buildings have been converted for light industrial use and we now have a thriving business centre that also provides extensive award winning storage facilities.
