HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE REMOVALS?

We understand sometimes it's hard to sort all of the logistics out involved in moving houses, to make this easier we have created a service where we move you into storage. We work with our partner removal company and providing you meet the criteria below we will move you into storage for no extra cost than the storage fees.

Free removals service is available when you rent storage with us for 3 months or longer.
Collection from within a 10-mile radius from Sheeplands Self Storage, ask for details if further away.
Available on selected storage units – 75sqft or 100sqft rooms.
Offer is valid for 1 Luton Van and 2 removal people for a maximum of 4 hours.
Available to new and existing customers (if they require extra storage).
On selected weekdays only, please contact us for availability.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Prepare and pack your items, you can buy all the relevant materials such as tape, boxes and crates for a small fee if you would prefer we can offer a packing service at extra cost.
Our removals team will carefully load up the van and transfer your items to your chosen space and you can come and collect your key from us so you can access your storage.
When you are ready to finish storing with us, please give us 2 weeks’ notice and we can help move you out at a preferential rate.

The offer is subject to availability and pre-booking and dates and unit size are subject to availability.
The offer is valid for the contents of one Luton Van and two removal people for four hours, anything in addition to this will be charged at a rate of £84 including VAT. Upon booking each customer will be required to provide a walk-through video showing items to be moved and also access.
Collection address must be within a 10-mile radius of RG10 8DL using the AA Route Planner. If the collection address is outside of the agreed area then the additional distance will be charged per mile at a cost of £0.55 per mile
Free removals do not cover parking fees and customers will be responsible for any parking permits or any parking costs.
Packing service or dismantling of furniture is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost of £84 per hour including VAT.
Our standard storage trading conditions apply and in order to qualify for this service, the min storage stay is 12 weeks. If the storage contract ends before this term then the full storage price will apply and be charged as will the cost of the removal service.
Two weeks’ notice is required if leaving storage.
Debit card payment is required for this service and for storage.
The offer will cease if the terms and conditions are broken or we write to advise you that the scheme is no longer in operation, in which case we may offer you alternative schemes.
The offer is available to new and existing customers renting additional storage space and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, even those applied retrospectively such as first month for £1.
Vehicle access must be within 30m of the front door of the property, this can be reviewed during the walk-through video and where access is difficult an additional charge may be applied.
The offer is subject to good access to the property.
